Policy Circles offer a unique space for women to come together, share perspectives, and engage in meaningful discussions on key public policy issues. Policy doesn’t have to be intimidating, and you don’t need to be an expert or politically involved to participate—just bring a curious mind and a willingness to listen. With our welcoming framework, you’ll explore policy topics with spin-free, carefully sourced materials. The Policy Circle is leading a new era of civic engagement, moving beyond partisan divides to promote understanding and foster civil dialogue—essential to restoring democracy. Policy Circles embody our mission of informing, equipping, and connecting women, providing a place where members:

THE POLICY CIRCLE MODEL
The Policy Circle has a proven conversation model designed to curate thoughtful discussion while ensuring every voice at the table is heard. Here’s how it works:
Form Your Circle: Gather a small group of women—friends, colleagues, or neighbors—who value meaningful conversation and learning from others.
Choose a Topic: Select a Policy Brief from The Policy Circle’s Brief Library. These briefs are fact-based resources covering issues such as economic growth, healthcare, and education.
Host a Discussion: Meet in a comfortable setting like a home, coffee shop, or community space. Using The Policy Circle’s proven discussion framework, members take turns sharing insights and perspectives.
Engage and Learn: Every Circle meeting is an opportunity to grow. Through dialogue and shared experiences, members find common ground and inspiration for action.
I have a voice, and my voice is important. It is also needed and valued in my community. Also, there are different perspectives on the same issues. This is by design and should not be feared. We can work together for the common good when we respect differences of opinion.
